Our Founder

  • Fouad is a passionate youth development professional with over 11 years of experience empowering young people and training staff.
  • Fouad holds a master's in Power, Participation, and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies - University of Sussex. He earned the prestigious Chevening Award for individuals with outstanding leadership and influencing skills
  • His expertise lies in youth participation, civic engagement, and training development.
  • Fouad is deeply committed to Shift UP's vision of empowering young people to create systemic change. He believes in the transformative power of training, and his work at Shift UP aligns perfectly with CIC's mission of fostering youth leadership and civic engagement.
